Rolando Reveco
Managing Director
Originally from Chile, Rolando began his career in the mining industry, developing a strong technical and safety-focused foundation through his work in the electrical field and the handling of radioactive materials. This early experience shaped his disciplined approach to quality, precision, and compliance.
With over 20 years of industry experience, he has built extensive expertise in plastering and painting, leading both residential and commercial projects to a consistently high standard. Having lived more than half of his life in New Zealand, Rolando brings a deep understanding of the local market, building standards, and client expectations. Known for his approachable leadership style, strong commitment, and focus on long-term relationships, he plays a key role in delivering reliable, high-quality outcomes across every project.
Outside of work, Rolando enjoys fishing, traditional Chilean-style barbecues, watching movies, and exploring New Zealand through camping trips.
Regan O'keefe
Sales Representative
Regan brings over 15 years of experience in the building industry, with a strong background in coatings and weathertightness. He holds a Diploma in Business and is a graduate in Chinese Language Studies, having spent nearly ten years living and working in China, which shaped his communication skills and cultural awareness.
He has extensive experience leading projects across residential and commercial construction, supervising teams on-site, and ensuring high-quality delivery. Regan also works closely with clients, supporting sales, quotations, and project planning, using his combined technical and business expertise to provide practical, reliable solutions tailored to each project.
Regan enjoys running, fishing, reading, and exploring new cultures, languages, and cuisines.
Javier Cuadra
Site Manager
Javier holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering in Industrial Maintenance and developed his professional background in Chile’s mining sector, where he gained solid experience in logistics, procurement, and operational management within high-demand environments.
After moving to New Zealand in 2017, he transitioned into the construction industry, working in plastering and painting with a strong focus on weathertight systems for residential and commercial projects. He has worked as a site supervisor across multiple sites, leading teams and overseeing workforce coordination, materials, logistics, and project delivery, and is known for his calm decision-making and people-focused leadership style.
In his personal time, Javier enjoys anime and video games, values time with family, stays active through sports, and enjoys exploring new places across New Zealand.
Pablo Hernandez
Plasterer
Pablo holds a degree in Human Resources Engineering from Duoc UC in Chile, where he developed a strong background in management and operations.
After arriving in New Zealand six years ago, he transitioned directly into the construction industry, specialising first in painting and later expanding into plastering. He has built solid experience across interior and exterior work, in both residential and commercial projects.
At PlasterPro Solution, Pablo joins as a plasterer with a clear pathway towards leadership. He brings organisation, attention to detail, and a strong team-oriented mindset, contributing to high-quality outcomes on every project.
Outside of work, Pablo enjoys bodyboarding, football, hiking, and spending time at the beach.
Johny Villarroel
Plasterer
Johny has a technical background in Telecommunications, having worked in Chile in supervisory roles where he developed strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills, along with practical experience in construction and carpentry.
After arriving in New Zealand in March 2023, he transitioned into the construction industry as a plasterer, gaining hands-on experience across interior and exterior work, including painting and sealing, on both residential and commercial projects.
Known for his attention to detail and responsible approach, Johny values respect, clear communication, and teamwork, consistently contributing to high-quality outcomes on site. Outside of work, he enjoys mechanics and cycling.
Felipe Peralta
Plasterer
Felipe holds a degree in Risk Prevention Engineering and a diploma in Process and Procedure Management from Chile, where he developed a strong foundation in safety, operations, and team coordination through his experience as a supervisor in food processing plants.
After arriving in New Zealand in 2022, he transitioned into the construction industry, specialising first in painting across residential and commercial projects, both interior and exterior, before expanding his skills into plastering.
At PlasterPro Solution, Felipe joins as a plasterer, bringing a strong team-oriented mindset, a commitment to continuous learning, and a clear focus on achieving shared goals. Known for his punctuality, respect, and collaborative approach, he consistently contributes to positive team dynamics and quality outcomes on site. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and daughter, as well as video games, anime, and exploring New Zealand’s parks.
Miguel Hernandez
Brand Manager
Miguel holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations with a Marketing specialisation and brings over 9 years of experience in communications, content creation, and brand development.
He has specialised in strategic communications and brand positioning, working closely with management teams to develop marketing strategies, strengthen brand identity, and support business growth.
At PlasterPro Solution, Miguel serves as Brand Manager, leading the company’s digital presence, content strategy, and brand communication to ensure a consistent and high-quality representation across all platforms.
